Moushe accepts payments in debit/credit MasterCard or Visa through secure payment gateway options: Nift pay and Paypro. All transactions placed through MOUSHE designs online store are processed through NIFT ePay and Propay integrated with the following trusted banks: Bank Alfalah and Dubai Islamic Bank

All prices are displayed and accepted in USD, however, transactions are processed in PKR currency due to our workshops and headquarters being based in Pakistan.

Import & duty charges are not included in your purchase, and are the responsibility of the customer. For further information around expected duty and taxes when importing to your country, please visit your relevant customs website.

At Moushe Designs we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Moushe Designs can better serve you in the future. If changes to this privacy policy are made they will be posted here promptly.

Each piece of jewelry at Moushe Designs undergoes rigorous quality inspection post production, and is certified & stamped with a 12CT mark and the trademarked Moushe logo. Each item by Moushe Designs is associated with a unique serial number to ensure traceability.

Authentic Moushe Designs products are available only on our website (www.moushedesigns.com) and authorised retail channels. Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, flea markets, unauthorised retail locations, or at auctions.

All Moushe orders are tested and verified at GGILabs to ensure the authenticity and quality of gold and gemstones.

As one cohesive unit, we participate in numerous enforcements such as taking legal actions against counterfeits through takedown of the counterfeit websites. Every Moushe Designs piece is associated with a unique serial number.

All solid gold 12ct gold pendants come with a complimentary gold-played chain as part of your order. However, if you wish to upgrade to a 12ct solid gold chain, please add to your order notes or drop us an email or WhatsApp message. We can provide you with price and design details of a custom made gold 12 carat chain.

All Moushe Designs shipments’ require a signature upon delivery. Kindly note that once an order is shipped, Moushe Designs will not change the shipping address upon request. If you are unable to sign for the package, you have the option to reschedule delivery with our shipping partner Aramex. Delivery can be rescheduled upto 3 times.

Currently we do not have a physical presence, however, we are working hard to provide our loyal customers with an engaging physical retail space in the near future. Exchanges are possible when the item is in as-new, unworn condition with its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all exchange costs, including shipping both ways. Please refer to our return policy.

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All product information is listed in the item description, so please choose your piece carefully as we don’t refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Wear and tear over time is normal & not considered a fault.

Due to the practice of our Sustainable Production Policy we don’t hold any inventory thus each item of jewelry is hand-made for you. We estimate an approximate period of 4-6 weeks for your item(s) to be delivered, from the point your payment is processed. Our team will then email you with an option to opt in to live updates of your Moushe Design item(s) at each stage of production.

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received. Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Oh no! Please send your order number with a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to customersupport@moushedesigns.com. Our customer care team will be happy to help resolve it!
