Warranty on Products (Pakistan Customers Only)

On your purchase, you will receive a 1 year warranty for repairs which includes:

  • Replating in the existing tone or any other tone
  • Re-enameling in the existing colour or any other colour
  • Replacement of missing cubic zirconia stones and pearls
  • Repairs within warranty are free however charges for shipping back to us may apply

Return policy

Moushe Designs only accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition. In order to exchange or return your item please contact us on customersupport@moushedesigns.com stating your order number, all returns or exchanges are valid within14 days upon delivery of your order for exchange or store credit. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted post 14 days of delivery of your order. Online purchases can be returned for exchange via post, to the Moushe Designs Office. Moushe Designs cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we require returning the parcel using tracking. Where a store credit is elected, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed. Please direct any questions or concerns regarding our Return Policy to customersupport@moushedesigns.com

Cancellation Policy

1- Any cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of the order, for which a refund shall be initiated.
2- After 24 hours of placing your order, the order will be in production and can not be cancelled for a refund.

Faulty Items

At Moushe Designs we make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on customersupport@moushedesigns.com. If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange return via post for assessment. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Moushe Designs up to the original shipping amount paid. We recommend using your local postal service, rather than private companies, to ensure return costs are under the original shipping cost. Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions, sent with each order, for all Moushe Designs items. Those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund. Please send your order number with a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to customercare@moushedesigns.com. Our customer care team will be happy to help resolve it!

How to process a return

In order to make a return for exchange or credit note. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted. In order to process your exchange or credit note, please email customersupport@moushedesigns.com with the following information:

  • Original Order Reference Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Items to be returned for exchange or credit note
  • State the reason for return

State your preference of exchange or credit note. until authorised by a member of our team, returns must not be sent. Returns must be sent with tracking to:

Please note, Moushe Designs will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods. In the event that a return is due to a fault, Moushe Designs will cover the cost of return shipping, and duties. Moushe Designs reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy. In the event that a return is receive, which, upon inspection, does not meet our requirements, we will return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
