Exchange & Return Policy

At Moushe, each piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, our exchange and return policy is designed to be fair and simple.

  Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  Only creations purchased online or via phone are eligible for return or exchange through our e-boutique.

  Moushe reserves the right to refuse any return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration from its original condition.

  All returns must include the original packaging and authenticity cards.

  Exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

  Approved returns will be issued as a store credit following inspection.

  Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Items purchased using a credit note are not eligible for further return or exchange.

  Customized, engraved, or personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

  Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
